I’ve been with Allstate for 2 years now & it’s been nothing but problem after problem. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone & I needed assistance on creating a claim for my windshield. I was trying to ask a few questions in regards of my policy with David, he was nothing but extremely rude and talked down to me. I basically felt pushed aside and not respected at all.
David has always been a great help with my insurance needs. I've been with him for more than 20 years and would gladly recommend him. He insures my home, four cars and I can always guarantee he will take care of my needs.
