Very poor customer service after years of being their customer and paying a lot of money through the years
Allstate is a great insurance company, but the little girl with the attitude problem at the front desk cost me 45 min of my day. Ended up going to a different office to get a policy, paid over 1000 bucks for six months up front!!! She was too busy looking at Facebook I guess.
Dave and Michelle are very friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. They're definitely worth checking out if you need any insurance or if you're looking to change. I visited this office many times and I've never seen anybody being towed away from the parking lot as previously stated.
Dont go here unless u want ur car towed to get a check to pay ur deposit here walked away from parking lot for no more than 10 mins and then come back and boom my car is towed allstate has now lost me as an insurance customer thank u and have a great time screwing ur customers pogressive here i come
