Dana Spruiell and this Allstate Agency are unethical, fraudulent, and morally bankrupt with no respect for their clients' interests; this is stated as my experience as a long time, paying customer for mulitple policies over a 12 year period. Part of the rationale for this poor rating is because after one accident, Allstate doubled the rate. I was able to obtain the same level of coverage from my Farmers agency for slightly less than Allstate's original rate, in spite of the accident. I wouldn't leave such a poor rating if not for the double insult of the Spruiell Agency screwing up the cancellation. I called their office to cancel the policy on June 6th because I knew the next autopay was scheduled for around June 15th, and the new policy started June 10th. Gues... read more
