Im reading the reviews on this page for this company and it they are this tough to pay out the $10 gift card for an insurance quote I can only imagine what it’s like if you need to file a claim with these clowns. Go with Progressive or State Farm
They run promotions on twitter that they don’t want to honor, and even though it’s been about a year my friend is still talking about how Allstate Corporate had to get involved before a. $15 gift car was honored for a quote in a promotion they ran.
This agency is 100%+ outstanding. Attentive to every detail, considerate, and confidential. Everyone should have this team on their side.
Runs giveaway on twitter for free gift card with quote (and no rules posted). Anyway I get a Allstate quote and after the fact they say no gift card because I don’t live in Michigan. Oh and Allstates $750 per month more than what I’m paying right now for car insurance. They have been reported to Allstate corporate and the Department of Insurance for their invalid promotion.
Beware, will say anything they can do land you - but they will not support you when a claim is needed. The office staff is rude, and the owner is not far from that when being asked to be the voice of the customer. Allstate itself is a terrible company to have as your insurance provider, its important to have an office that will support and help you - this is not the place for that.
