Poor customer service.. charged ny mortgage company after cancellation. Twice.. poor communication. Does not seem to care about their clients just signing business.
One of the worst insurance agent I have for sure, never returns calls, never accessible, for some reason I was assign to this agent but I have never have any interaction with Cris Brock, at this point I think it might be a bot. Had a roof claim and their service was pathetic denied it almost immediately. If you're looking for a serious insurance company run away from this one.
