Just started a policy and the process was simple and easy. Very friendly and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend!
Started with policy coverages a few years ago. I had to make an auto collision claim and they handled and directed me perfectly. I followed by bundling additional coverage and the transition was seamless. They are thoughtful and thorough while providing information and setting up policies.
Called in to talk to insurance and they said they would call me back, they never called me back.
Very helpful agent. We have been with Allstate and this agent for 7 years. I had a vehicle stolen in Elkhart from my place of employment and Chris was very fair in advocating for the recovery and settlement. I have looked cheaper companies, but would not be happy with saving a few dollars and losing the local service.
Well allstate took very good care of me, and my car claim, so I know without a doubt, that they will take care of other customers, that I will recommend.
