When I was in a really bad accident in 2013, Allstate did what they were suppose to do. I was taking care of immediately. I'm with Allstate until God calls me home!

I have been with Allstate since 2002. I had a WONDERFUL agent but she left to sell real estate. Allstate assigned my account to Craig Smith. I called his office just to talk to him about my insurance. He was not in and never returned my call. I changed my agent to Wanda Dueitt. Her secretary informed me that Craig Smith would be getting the commission for my account and that Wanda Dueitt "wouldn't receive a penny for servicing my account".
