I'm really satisfied with my coverage and the great customer service that is provided by Allstate. I'm definitely worried about all the rises in premiums every year, but that is one of my only concern, next to having to file a claim and being penalized with higher premiums. I'm hoping this isn't a factor since the robbery of my residence isn't something I could have avoided. But the response of Allstate is at the greatest level I've ever seen in any insurance company. Love this agent and this office! Allstate is great. I have had them for quite a few years and they have always done a fantastic job anytime I have had issues or a claim.
I clicked on his email link and sent him my info requesting that he contact us to get a quote and never heard back. So either the ling is bad or it got lost in the Monday morning rush, either way its not good news.
