Terrible service. I have been with this insurance company over 4 years with $200k plus in vehicles covered up until I have one accident and now they tell me the only vehicle involved in the accident had liability only coverage when every other vehicle on the policy is full coverage comp and collision. Bunch of crooks. Over $6000 a year in premiums and then when you make a claim they will completely turn their back on you. Stay away!
So, we have been with this company for about 4 years, unwillingly. We were in a bad car accident 3 years ago where we were not at fault, and we wanted to stay on with AllState just in case we needed to use our underinsured. Now I am wishing we had left much sooner.
