I could not get a real sales associate on the phone,kept sending me to a call center where I could not understand anything they were saying, i will change to state farm insurance, they are local and answer the phone when you call.
About to leave allstate because you can never get anyone on the phone
Would not recommend. Left allstate after 4 yrs for other company because premiums were too high. New company didn't offer any way to communicate so looked into returning to Corey Hinson. After few emails and messages to Bre Swick to see what options were available she completely ghosted us and stopped responding to any messages. Has been 1 month and she hasn't responded to us. Maybe other allstate reps are reliable but this one definitely isn't
Liset genuinely was an absolute great help! Her service was top tier, very honest and personable!
