Very rude on phone to my wife , when she was trying to get copy of policy. No reason to laugh at her when she's trying to get help.
It started a year ago when I went to obtained insurance and they "misquoted" one of my cars, stating they gave me the wrong price because it was in the renewal period... $100 mistake that they basically said was out of their control. They refused to take responsibility as an agency and blamed the parent company. But, I accepted it and went on.
