Absolutely the WORST. Nobody will EVER answer the phone, answer an email or a text. I finally called the Allstate 800 number and asked if this place had gone out of business since I really needed to speak to them about my policy and couldn’t get ahold of anybody. . They said no! They were still an active agency. I had my policies transferred to a new office. Unbelievably bad service. How do they stay in business???????????

This agency is out of business. The office is empty and for lease. Leasing agent said he had retired. My messages, calls, and emails have had no response for a year.

I have been with Claytonn and All State since 2018. I don't know what happened to Clayton after 2024 because they stopped replying to my emails and phone calls. I wonder if they closed? I switched to another agency, but shame on all state not being on top of this problem.

I've tried to contact my agent Brett Clayton about an issue with billing. Calling his office is utterly useless as nobody ever answers the phone. My wife sent Brett Clayton an email explaining the billing issue on May 15th and after 1 month, he has not replied. I will look for another insurance company and cancel my existing policy with Allstate as soon as possible.

Had hail damage to the roof in October that caused a huge leak. Roofers from across the street could see the damage it was so extensive. Claim denied. Had a hailstorm happen a few weeks ago. New leak appeared tonight. Can’t wait to get denied again by this scam company. Roofers call it Allsnake for a reason, do not use them. Change your insurance. They will scam you out of your premiums and leave you with a leaky, destroyed roof.
