Allstate sends you to inept repair shops and makes excuses when they ruin your Audi
0 if i could. Doesn't respond to emails or calls. Emailed to chat about the renewal coming up, but crickets. Found another agent at another company that was easy to work with and got me taken care of saving $200 a month. Would've worked with Clay, but it seems like he doesn't care or needs more staff to answer his calls if he isn't going to be available for long time customers.
Terrible experience trying to communicate with these people! They do not answer their phone or emails, I am still trying to get in contact with them after 2 weeks!!
