Over all I think Clarence jr should keep the line of communication open, especially with new customers like my self!!!
Clarence little is very unprofessional, didn't ask the proper questions for home insurance.
Would rate 0 stars if I could. Called him today about a claim as he’s listed as my adjuster. Refused to help me, barely even talked over the phone. Said “I’m in Michigan, you’re in Ohio”. Didn’t tell me he’s out of office until Monday—I learned that from my claim manager as she received a text response from him directly after me contacting him. Clarence has been my assigned agent for a few years now and he always gets back to me right away. Any issues I have he always takes care of them.
