They made a mistake that resulted in me not having car insurance for 3 months and caused my bank to charge me for 3 months of insurance. Also, April was very unpleasant to deal with and she never seemed to know what was going on, even after I explained the situation several times. Would not recommend this office, or Allstate.

Scam! Took over from our local office, told me they couldn’t drop vehicles I sold. When I called her she would email weeks later. When I bought a new policy I got the run around on cancellation, would love to be done with All State
Would leave Zero stars if I could. In the span of 10 days after adjusting and thinning our policy it has raised by 30$ after making an initial payment to cover another month. If your looking for a good agent and affordable insurance, this place isn't for you. Getting an appointment is a nightmare, their "systems" are down more than they're up and often conveniently when it comes to processing your payments and adjusting you to a fair rate.
