Had insurance through this company and my son went on their app on my phone to get a quote for his insurance to see if it would be cheaper for his insurance. When he got the quote it was much higher than others he was looking at, so he closed the app without accepting the quote. The next time I go on the app to pay my bill, my statement says I owe over 1000.00 dollars! My insurance was 93.00 a month. I called and they told me he was added to my policy. Buyer beware! Allstate is very unprofessional and will rip you off when canceling boat insurance. They DO NOT tell you if you cancel boat insurance before your year you WILL NOT get a refund. I would leave no stars if it would let me.
