I’ve been with this local agency from the current owner to the previous. I haven’t ever had any issues, and when I needed help or questions answered it was done very fast.
Allstate in general. This is my agent, but I have never contacted in anyway. It is just an auto assigned agent. The company is horrible in general. Claims have been hit or miss. I have filed 5 claims. Home and auto.. Two of which went well. The first was a vehicle hit mine, and went well except the company they recommended for the repairs did a poor job.
