Pretty bad experience. Chris never answers questions and is not helpful. This might be the worst experience I ever had with a home and auto policy. I would never come back here. Switching to State Farm today. They are way cheaper and actually talk to you.
Would not recommend, chris doesn't seem to know what he is doing regarding liability vs full coverage. He also billed me for a policy I did not want and It is very difficult to get ahold of him.

Snakeish person even worse company. I had my grandbabies in town, repair shop needed 3 more days to finish. Allstate refused to extend the car even after enterprise and the repair shop called them and asked. Enterprise gave me the car for free. I see why your company is ranked number 1 as the worst company when it comes to claims. FACTS!!
