Every question I’ve ever had has been answered quickly and with a full explanation. Between changing cars and buying a house the changes of policy were very easy. I love having the same office to talk to for all my needs!
Since I have moved out of the state and I have been married, I no longer need the insurance. I have made attempts to communicate this with the office in writing and in through phone calls and it seems I am getting the run around. I have called twice for an update on when my policy will be canceled and each time, I was told by the end of the day. I have yet to be able to speak with Cheri on why there is a delay or complications. I do not feel that this office is very attentive to their clients or provides transparency.
