The last several interactions with Chase Henderson’s office (if you can get someone to answer the phone!) have been horrible! The assistant doesn’t know how to set up a claim for a cracked windshield! We want to take it to the dealership and they can’t seem to figure out how to do that in the system! I call and call with zero response! This round is the last straw! We are changing agents! Chase’s office is being mismanaged and basically clocked out! Don’t waste your time with them! I was a customer for six years and unfortunately had ongoing issues with communication and customer service. Phone calls were rarely returned, emails often went unanswered, and getting help with coverage questions was extremely difficult.
