Mr Parker was great - at first. He transitioned me to a policy at Liberty Mutual and then never told me he left LibMut. But I signed a new policy with him at AllState which did save me money. But when my policy went up because of a mistake on his assistants part, he did nothing to help me. Eventually, his office (and assistant) resorted to lies and simply not responding to my calls, so I had to reach out AllState’s corporate office - they did their best but gave me incorrect information because the agent there didnt cover NC... read more
Charlie was able to save us a huge amount of money on our home and auto insurance. He is very knowledgable and does his job very well. My husband and I will definitely recommend Charlie to anyone we come across who is looking for insurance!!
