If I could tell every single person who to see for their car insurance, I would refer them to Mr Fritz. He has been so helpful and patient with our family, with very atypical circumstances. We surely take a lot of his time, I am sure he has to ask above himself to find answers/solutions to our problems, but he is always so patient and available / wanting to help. The lady answering the phone sometimes is also very sweet.. I would recommend his team anytime!

Charles and everyone at the local agency has been very helpful and great to work with. With that being said i will be looking for a new insurer due to 54% increase in my homeowners policy. I have only been with allstate for a year with a high deductible policy, for a company to increase rates this dramatically after only one year Does Not value me as a customer.
