Simmons Agency isn't with Allstate anymore for a reason... he is the absolute worst and sleaziest Insurance Agent I've ever encountered. When we were previously Allstate Customers, Charles was our agent. He made some wildly inappopriate comments which we complained to Allstate over. He's no longer affiliated with Allstate, but Charles managed to somehow set us up with a homeowners policy for a home we didn't own or even live in.
