My wife and I had an extremely disappointing experience transitioning from Gioco to Allstate, primarily due to the mishandling by our agent, Mr. Forrest W. He assured us that he would take care of the entire process, but due to his negligence, we paid for two insurance policies for several months. In addition, she has been particularly sensitive to my needs and shows real compassion and sensitivity for the me and the matters I had to handle.
