Awesome customer service
I'm absolutely thrilled that they reached out to me a few years ago. I ended up moving all my insurance needs to them including my motorcycles (between 5 and 15 bikes at a time with frequent policy changes due to my own ADD motorcycle hobby). Theresa is a fantastic "WORLD CLASS" agent. saved me tons of money and remembers me and my needs personally!!

An Allstate Insured hit our car. Allstate accepted liability but has been extremely difficult as far as getting our car repaired. We will have to take thier driver to small claims court for $220!!! Allstate will not pay us the labor rate for our repair shop ($7per hour more than Allstate pays) nor will they pay $54 for Toyota bumper. Aftermarket front bumpers do not fit Toyotas.
