My wife and I had an extremely disappointing experience transitioning from Gioco to Allstate, primarily due to the mishandling by our agent, Mr. Forrest W. He assured us that he would take care of the entire process, but due to his negligence, we paid for two insurance policies for several months. I'm absolutely thrilled that they reached out to me a few years ago. I ended up moving all my insurance needs to them including my motorcycles (between 5 and 15 bikes at a time with frequent policy changes due to my own ADD motorcycle hobby).
