Had my insurance rate go up about 38% from 130$ to 180$ for the "high # of claims associated w/my zip code" that was cancelled immediately. I find it unacceptable to be penalized for something outside my driving record & claims. I will say that I will miss having someone on the team such as Marc who is excellent at his job & a man of his word. To him I give 5 stars.
