I was recently transferred to this agency when my old agent left the business or something. I asked to be put with the agent closest to me. I called a few times and didn’t feel like they ever wanted to talk to men they just referred me to the corporate line as much as possible. I called to ask why my insurance rate went up 31% for this renewal and if they would match other quotes I’d gotten. They said there was nothing they could do me to just switch if I wanted. I don’t feel they want my business.
