Buyer Beware! My husband and I were with this Agency for nearly 10 years. We were forced to leave Allstate recently due to poor communication and unreturned phone calls and emails from this agency. Premiums quoted vs what we were billed for were two different prices (over $300 difference!) We tried to resolve this but were ignored, which led to us needing to cancel all of our Allstate policies. Allstate did not fully refund our money. They basically stole hundreds of dollars from us. Beware! Do not use this Allstate agency!
