My Agent (Bryan) is NEVER in the office and impossible to get a hold of. I have been trying for THREE MONTHS!! You call, email and send smoke signals... and if you are "lucky" you will get one person to answer. However, that person name is Lexi and she seriously has ZERO idea what is going on in the insurance world. Enough is enough... I'm calling around today to move all my policies to someone else that actually knows what they are doing. I bet it won't be as expensive either!
I agree with T Dub, the previous reviewer. I have been with Allstate and Bryan's office since about 2015, and customer service used to be excellent and I never had any issues. But recently in the last month I have been trying to get ahold of them since I was looking to add some insurance, and it is like this office no longer exists. Does not respond to email or phone calls. Will be taking my business to.an agent who cares about earning my business.
This branch is incredibly incompetent. Hate to say this, but beyond frustrated working with their staff to produce appropriate documentation. The only consistency is them passing me around multiple times to various corporate numbers.
Worst agent I have ever had. The agency and Bryan have been very inconsiderate of my needs and over charges to my policy. I would strongly consider a different agency as Allstate is a great company.
