Good luck getting ahold of them. 3 phone calls (3 days), an email, used the chat function on the app to finally cancel my insurance because they raised my rates drastically over 2.5 years, no tickets, no accidents. I bought a new car a month ago, I had to call a few times just to get the car added, literally called me back one hour before I went to go pick up the car after 2 days of trying to get ahold of him.
