I've been an Allstate customer with Brandon Walter's agency for over a decade for my home and car insurance. My experience has been disappointing, particularly regarding my home insurance premiums and a situation with my car insurance. Id give them 0 star if I could. Ive been Allstate customer for over a decade with Brandon Walter for my home and car insurance. They kept increasing the premium for a fault of their own. My roof was fixed in April of 2019 and work was completed by the contractor for the amount received with corporate Allstate. After the work was done, my contractor supplied proof of work completion certificate to them but there is a disconnect between corporate Allstate and Brandon Walter scam.
