One thing I really value as someone hard of hearing is when a business takes the time to offer accessibility-and this place absolutely delivered. Recently spoke with Paige and although it seems the offering Allstate has unfortunately is more expensive than my current provider, she was very professional and tried working with me. I'll definitely contact Paige again once my financial situation improves. I did like the coverage Allstate provides.
I recently changed to AllState for home and auto policies and Aracely Garcia answered all my questions along the way. Aracely was pleasant to work with explaining every line item, following up and assisting with the cancellation of my previous carrier.
