After almost 20 years as a customer, I called today only to find they went out of business and we were never notified. I am currently on hold from the 4th customer service rep I have been transferred to in the last 5 minutes with Allstate corporate…aaaaand they don’t write earthquake policies at the call center so she gave me the name and number of yet another local agent. I think I’ll just call Navy Fed of USAA.
After being a customer of over 30 years, I just found out they are closed. No notice or correspondence. No customer service at all.
