I have been with Allstate for several years. Both for home and car insurance. There was some confusion on my account and Shalaina stepped up and owned up that she should have called me to explain things better. She apologized for her mistake and we continued to work together to resolve the issue. I was thankful that they took the time to dig deep with several conversations I had had with previous agents. Everything was resolved!! I am thankful for her patience!
