This office continues to amaze me. Completely clueless when it comes to their own policies and procedures. Every year I have rates go up astronomically and I get the same explanation. Then when certain things come up in the process the answer I get is "I don't know what to tell you". Completely clueless to their own policies and procedures. I've found much better rates with the auto elsewhere and I'm keeping my home owners with Allstate. However, I am switching to another agent. I regret having to ever doing business here.
