If I could give this agency zero stars, I would! Do not get your auto insurance through Allstate. I repeat, DO NOT! Especially not April Wood. They are dishonest, and will squeeze you for way more than you should be paying for auto insurance. Customer service is horrible, to top it off. Do yourself a favor and go to State Farm, where the rates, coverage and customer service is way better.
