My car was hit by a deer on 6/12. I filled a claim that morning. I received a text from Ashley Cavin on 6/15 asking for additional documentation which I sent in that day. I received another text on 6/17 acknowledging the receiving of the documents. Then on 6/22 I received a text notifying me that the documents were added to my claim. Reflection on My Experience with Allstate as a Platinum Client For many years, I have been an Allstate customer, consistently using full coverage on all my primary vehicles.
