the worst insurance agent i’ve ever had, if i could give zero stars i would. we needed a quote for our new home insurance and it’s been a 1 1/2 months and they can’t get my lenders anything at all and when i called them they said “they have no idea about the request” but my lender said they absolutely knew about it. they don’t EVER answer their phone & everything is in spanish but this agent knew i only spoke english so i can’t understand any information they give me. can’t wait to get a new agent after this experience, save... read more
