Jim was very helpful. He helped me add some very valuable yet reasonable coverages to my home policy, and remove some no longer needed ones from my auto policy. Overall very pleased.
I would highly recommend using Anna Maria Chiaverini's office. The customer service is outstanding. I mostly deal directly with James Henney. He is fantastic! I just added homeowner's insurance to my policy. He took the time to thoroughly explain each section of the coverage and answer all of my questions. Allstate definitely had the best rates for renters, auto, and homeowners insurance with excellent coverage.
