Tori at Allstate was amazing to work with — incredibly efficient, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful. She walked me through my options clearly and even found me a better price than what I was expecting. Highly recommend working with her!
With my coverage renewing, I wanted a review of coverage and cost. This was provided by Tori. She did an excellent job and is the reason I’m staying with the Escobar agency. On short notice she got information required for getting a discount for my roof that was not applied last year. She saved me almost $400. I’ll be working with her going forward.
Bad customer service with Oscar quoting auto insurance on the phone. He refused to provide me with the individual premiums as I requested and started interrupting me to defect replying with the dollar amounts. Not doing business with this agency. Please learn excellent customer service manners because there are a lot of competitors in this market.
