Absolutely the worst insurance agency we have ever dealt with. Just heard this agency is being sold and current customers are left out to dry. Been attempting phone calls and emails for 3 weeks. Beware!!!
Rude, didn't change our policy. Wanted to change agents, but she has to drop us. I'd rather not deal with her again so switched to another insurance agency.

Save yourself some time and money. Unprofessional, doesn't call you back, doesn't respond to e-mail and never in the office. I had to reach cooperate to advise of poor service and to get my money back.
