Customer service is awesome, people person they are
This agency is horrible!!!! They will set you up for failure. You cant get ahold of anyone, they don’t return your calls, they claim they have reached out when in all actuality they have not. Bad phone etiquette and bad attitudes with everyone I have talked to.
If i could give 0 stars I would. My parents dealt with this agency for quite sometime even after Davy Ann took over. My parents dealt with this agency because they spoke spanish and were able to communicate. My parents had their home for over 20 years. A fire occurs now 20 years later and NOW we come to find out there is no insurance on the house. I spoke to Davi Ann personally and she is very nasty, unpleasant, uncaring and not compassionate. Absolutely recommend Davi-Ann Carey: Allstate Insurace Agency. They are extremely helpful and very professional. I know they are looking out for me and I trust them with both my home and car insurance as does my sister.
