Incredibly rude, arrogant sense of importance... wouldnt even give me a 5 minute discussion to ask him about homeowner insurance rates...not being from the area i needed some expertise on Florida insurance. He intentionally hung up because he didnt want to spend the few minutes. Unbelievable.....to have a potential client of multiple homes and acting that way.
