0 stars for customer service and transparency. I stopped by today (Saturday) since I am unavailable during the week because I work. I called about 2-3 weeks ago and got their generic voicemail. I left a voicemail requesting a call back to explain the increase in my monthly premium with a call back number. No one ever called. Their hours of operation for Saturday show 12:30pm on their sign outside their business/online is says they close at 1pm. I showed up at 11:50am and no one was here.
