I'm not one to criticize professional people, however, Mr. Parsons has not been one that I would refer to anyone. Mr. Parsons is not their for his clients, he doesn't look for options to keep his clients, "it is what it is". He was extremely RUDE when deciding to switch insurance companies. Not workable and makes you feel inferior to him. As the other reviewer stated, Allstate should be disappointed on how he represents them.
Worst office you can be at. Agent has no love for clients nor his business. Sits all day and doesn't do anything at all! Deeply sorry on how his representing Allstate.
