I was having a minor issue and I called my insurance folks, Abbey Allstate Insurance. A lady with a very raspy voice answered the phone and after trying to communicate my problem she either didn’t understand or was having a bad day. I guess she was frustrated and hung up the phone on me!!! Great and exceptional service you get from the agent
Update- after writing review they went back on their word and did and unauthorized charge on my account and charged me more money. Upset I wrote this review and cancelled my policy. Save yourself a lot of time and trouble. Do not use this agent After they sign you up the customer service goes out the window. They do not know correct information to tell customers. How can you work for a company that screws people out of their insurance money? My shop burned down in March of this year. I insured my shop for $54,000.00 and my contents for $54,000.00. Yes Roy Berg did everything he could to get me a new building. Amanda England did everything should NOT TO PAY ME FOR MY CONTENTS. She still owes me $10,000.00 since she deducted $10,000.00 for depreciation. I hope she can sleep at night knowing that screwing people to make her look good is WRONG. NO, IAM NOT IN GOOD HANDS WITH ALLSTATE.
