Friendly and professional
While located in Edmond, doing business with them is effortless on line. They also literally save me hundreds of dollars each year through our participation in their Drive Wise program. They are courteous and their professionalism is second to none.
I was having a minor issue and I called my insurance folks, Abbey Allstate Insurance. A lady with a very raspy voice answered the phone and after trying to communicate my problem she either didn’t understand or was having a bad day. I guess she was frustrated and hung up the phone on me!!! I called back using the same number and I could hear my phone call being forwarded and got an Allstate agent wanting me to buy an Allstate Insurance policy!!!
