Their mobile app is useless. Chatbox tosses you from one tech to another and another. Can’t see copies of your insurance id or renewal costs. Hard time logging in. Ask for a 10 digit policy number but the policy# is nine digits. Just terrible. So looking forward to dropping Allstate in mid October!
