I have been with Allstate before Rob Dyer took over. I think the team is even more helpful and responsive to my questions and concerns now than when I first began. Had an accident and new teen driver and they told me exactly what needed to be done each time. Allstate is my favorite insurance company to date. Very friendly, kind, and respectful. Explains things in depth (if needed) and easy to contact!
To learn more about the policy, I called the company. They promised to get back to me with a quote by the end of the day, but nothing of the sort ever transpired. They do have a severe customer service problem.
