Do not cover fairly the insured damaged items
This is absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with any type of agent of any product/service, to cancel a policy, it will take 3 calls to corporate customer service, extensive emails back and forth with the agent, and then 2 visits during your work week, and a direct ass lighting of the owner to accomplish the end goal... it's absolutely absurd and ridiculous... I have been an Allstate customer for over 10 years, last year I moved to NJ and used this agent. In June I cancelled my auto policy because I got a better deal on Auto and Home (Allstate would not cover my home due to the age of the home), this agent (Mark Liang) told me to reply to his e-mail stating I need to cancel (which I did) and he would cancel my policy.
