My Agent was Adeel Awan since last more than two years. It was really very difficult to reach him, he would hardly call back. He would respond only at the time of Renewal of Policy other wise through out the year, he would disappear. Now I wanted to add one more car in my policy. I tried to reach him through e mail, phone calls/messages. On Monday morning he called me and started shouting, that why I disturbed him on the week end.
