Top notch agent and agency! Never had a problem that was not handled promptly and courteously. I really appreciated the fact that Laura provided me with a cell phone number in case I needed to contact them in the event of a loss relating to hurricane Harvey since phone service may be out at the office. I even got a follow up email after the storm asking how I fared after the storm. Kudos to the entire staff at the Laura Harris insurance agency!
