They're the best they tell you the truth they fair prices they reward you for a good driving I sure appreciate that I was with another company since I was 14 never had a wreck rate increased and never rewarded for my good driving. I only use my insurance for windshield damage from rocks. I feel for sure if I ever need Allstate to be there for me I'll be in good hands. Thank you Allstate for caring for your folks.
If I could give no stars I definitely would! VERY unprofessional, and disrespectful! I would recommend taking your questions or concerns to a different office or call Allstate directly since they are “an independent company”. I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life than now! To send messages to a clients from a personal number after hours and be so disgustingly rude is by far unprofessional!
