My customer service rep is one of the nicest people that I have corresponded with in a while. She is a refreshing change in a world where it seems more and more people think mainly about themselves. I believe that she genuinely cares about being my advocate. She has taken some of the cynicism out of a person that has become jaded by life. It's good to know that there are still positive things in a mostly negative world.
